Door Depot is locally owned by people that have lived in the area for over 30 years.
- DOES DOOR DEPOT USE SUBCONTRACT LABOR?
No, Door Depot only uses their own fully trained employees.
- IS DOOR DEPOT PROPERLY LICENSED AND INSURED?
Yes, Door Depot is licensed by the State Of Florida as well as many local Counties and Cities. Door Depot also carries Insurance, as required by the licensing agencies.
- DOES DOOR DEPOT SELL DIRECTLY TO THE PUBLIC?
Yes, Door Depot sells to the public, as well as many home builders in the area.
- DOES DOOR DEPOT HAVE A SHOW ROOM?
Yes Door Depot has a showroom located at 150 Pond Cypress Road in Venice, Florida.
- CAN I DO IT MYSELF?
While many of our products can be done by the homeowner and lend themselves easily to that, many are not.
For example you could be seriously injured by trying to replace your garage door spring. That should only be done by a trained Door Depot service technician.

- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR INSTALLATION OF MY PRODUCT?
Delivery time is different for all products. You would be given a lead time at the time of estimate.
- DOES DOOR DEPOT MATCH COMPETITOR PRICING?
Door Depot will match competitor legitimate pricing when ever possible, but in most cases our pricing is very competitive.
- WOULD DOOR DEPOT ASSIST IN THE INSTALLATION OF MY PRODUCT DURING HURRICANE SEASON?
Door Depot can make arrangements with you to install your storm panels and again remove them. We offer that service at a reasonable price with all our storm panels customers. Keep in mind arrangements have to be made in advance.
- CAN DOOR DEPOT ACCOMMODATE CUSTOM OR SPECIALTY ORDERS?
Door Depot can furnish many custom or specialty items, especially since we make or assemble most of them.
- I LOST MY REMOTE CONTROL FOR MY GARAGE DOOR WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Door Depot maintains a large inventory of remote controls and can furnish most all of them. You may order them online or visit our showroom.
- WHAT TYPE OF MAINTENANCE DOES MY GARAGE DOOR AND HURRICANE PROTECTION NEED?
Most of the products require annual maintenance. Some you can do and would be given instructions. Door Depot also will do the maintenance at
a reasonable charge.
- THE BOTTOM SECTION ON MY GARAGE DOOR IS ROTTED OR DAMAGED, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT SECTION OR DO I NEED A WHOLE NEW GARAGE DOOR?
Door Depot can replace a bottom section on your steel garage door if it is still currently being manufactured. Door Depot also has wooden bottom sections available.
